Currently we use an excel file for inventory space tracking, a lot of what we need to track is date driven and need dates listed out with space/slots available to sell, see attachment for example. Any suggestions and ideas are welcome on how to somehow incorporate into Salesforce whether it be connecting via opportunities, forms etc...would like it to be calendar style or resemble excel file if possible. I am newer at exploring buildouts and different functions etc...in Salesforce. Thank you!

Did you get the chance to review some Salesforce Partner's App listed at AppExchange? Such as CalendarAnything https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N4V00000FNCL2UAP and other similar apps. You don't have to build from scratch if you can get the needed functions out of on-the-shelf 3rd party solution.
