Hello team, please can you help me with this?, I created a couple of new values in my picklist that its created in Contact but its shared with Account Object, the thing is that the new values are not showing in the available picklist values (this is a multiselect picklist value), I need to run job manually, it need to w8 to automatically run any job? I already verify it and the picklist values are enable to see from recordTypes. also I create the new values to shown/make available for any recordType.

Hello @Luis Hurtado when you mention the record type at the end of your post, did you go to object manager > account > record type > person account (if that is the case, or the relevant record type matching your context) > concerned picklist > check the available values and make them enabled for your record type ?
