I am using Import Wizard.
My CSV contains account and contact information. Header Row, 3 record rows. Each row contains the same account info but different contact info.
3 accounts are being created, each with 1 contact.

You should first import all the Contacts, and then map the account id that was created using the AccountId field in the Contact file.
