Challenge: Customize a contact record page
Give users a customized set of fields on their contact record pages.
- Select Edit Page from a contact record
- Upgrade the page to use Dynamic Forms
- Use the Contact Layout as the source for the fields
- Remove these fields from the page:
- Fax
- Other Phone
- Home Phone
- Remove the Notes & Attachments related list from the Contact Layout page layout and replace it with the Files related list.
- Save and activate the page as the org default, and make it available to both desktop and phone users
I'm stuck at the Remove Notes & Attachments and replace it with the Files related list, can anyone help on this step? I can remove that whole section from Opportunities thru Notes & Attachments, but I cannot find where 'the Files related list' is.

@Annette Hagopian this is likely due to the related list not being on the page layout. Try adding the Files related list by going to Setup > Object Manager > Contact > Page Layouts > select the appropriate layout > drag and drop the Files related list onto the layout > Save. Once this is done you should be able to select Files from the Related List - Single component.
