I have actually stated to complete my maintenance before due date but due to health reasons I was unable to complete it before 1 Dec due date ,can it please be activated now I have completed the maintenance exam.

Hello @Abhishek Rawat either you completed the incorrect maintenance module, Or there has been a technical issue. In this case, please open a case to Salesforce support, to explain you have completed in time the related maintenance module. If it it a technical issue, that should be fixed by the support. https://help.salesforce.com/s/
