How often do you use the feature to swap connections in your flow? When you use that feature, is it always swapping from a sandbox to a production environment? If so, is it a system with an “official” sandbox org (like Salesforce or NetSuite) or is it just an unofficial test environment?
After you swap connections, how many modifications to the existing field mappings do you need to make?

@Ashley Hathaway Only the required fields.
For creating Contacts it'll be the Last Name.
For updating records it's the record ID field that's blank
Those are my two most common use cases
