Survey Force - Link to Messaging Object

Hi,

We currently have SurveyForce linked to Case, we would like to know if it's possible to link SurveyForce to the Messaging Session/User Object, in case anyone has experience with this integration.

    Hi Vinay,

    Thank you for sharing this! In this scenario the use case is to display the Order Nr to the customer, our requirement is to link the survey to the messaging Session (for reporting purposes). If I understood correctly, by creating a relationship between Messaging Session and Survey Taken Object and customizing Apex class Name: ViewSurveyController it should be possible to achieve this
