Hi Lisa, - To increase the API Request Limit. Please raise the case to Salesforce support team.
- https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.salesforce_app_limits_cheatsheet.meta/salesforce_app_limits_cheatsheet/salesforce_app_limits_platform_api.htm
- I would like to inform you that support team can provide a temporary API Limit increase for a maximum period of 14 days; however, if you would like a permanent increase, you would have to buy additional API and requests as such should go through your Account Executive.
