I'm Bruno and i have two simple (i guess rs) questions:

We have 100 users who need access to view (only, they don't need manipulate/edit any data) dashboards from CRM analytics. Which license we need buy to grant this requirement?
2 -
My territory hierarchy from sales cloud will be respected to enforce that user access only data what he have access. Ex:
User A see your data
User A see your data
User C, higher than user A and B, see your data and data from your subordinates

Regarding Q1: all users who want to access a CRM Analytics dashboard need to have a licence. If your dashboard is created without any AI based predictions, the CRM Analytics Growth licence is sufficient. Please contact your Account Executive at Salesforce to get information about the pricing.
Regarding Q2: To apply the same security settings as in the core solution (meaning Sales or Service Cloud), you could use the capability of Sharing Inheritance. Please check https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.bi_security_datasets_sharing_about.htm&type=5 for further details
