I'm having trouble matching the metrics on the dashboard with the underlying Salesforce reports. Unanswered questions seems to be ok. However the numbers for questions and answers don't seem to tally. As a test user I posted a question and it shows on the dashboard but it does not seem to be captured in the report. So I think dashboard is right but report is wrong. My expectation is that the report should update immediately after refresh but I am not getting any results.
What am I missing here?

Hi @Kevin Partington, I haven't looked at that specific report type but just to make sure it's not reporting on posts vs. questions? I believe the pulse metric shows when a question is posted using the "question" chatter publisher action vs. "post".
