404 error installing CLI on the step "Get Ready to Develop"

I'm on Trail:Developer Beginner>Project:Get Started with Salesforce Development>Step:Get Ready to Develop

I need to install CLI but the link on this module(https://developer.salesforce.com/ja/tools/sfdxcli) turns 404 error and cannot install CLI......
