I'm building a bundle in Salesforce CPQ for a Train the Trainer program, including components like workshops, facilitation, certifications, and licenses. The program has different certification tiers and a fixed package price based on certification quantities. I'm seeking guidance on structuring this bundle effectively. Can existing products and pricing rules be utilized, and how can this bundle be optimized and built for easy Rep use?
For instance, the program has certification tiers such as up to 5, up to 10, up to 15, and up to 20 certifications. If there are 5 certifications and 15 workshop participants, the quote would comprise Workshop ($500), Facilitation ($500), Certification ($1500), Facilitation Travel (Market Price), and a block of 50 Licenses ($2000), totaling $5000. However, purchasing the complete bundle should cost $3500. But if they want more of any one thing it would $3500 + the extra.
Thanks for fielding my question, Wayne!
The $3500 is the part that confuses me too, it's a solid bundle price assuming all components are purchased. It isn't a percentage or certain value off.
To answer your second question, it will vary by both. I did wonder if they would need to be 4 separate products in the way you described.
