after downloading the cli for windows 64 bit and when i click open it should pop up the installing window but it not prompting to install

    This is a weird behaviour. Which link are you downloading the CLI from? Also, make sure to check that the downloaded file has the correct file extension. For the CLI installation file, it should typically have the extension ".exe". If the file extension is different or missing, you may need to redownload the CLI from the official source. Double check if any security software or antivirus programs on your computer are blocking the installation. You can also right-click on the CLI installation file and select "Run as administrator". This can help bypass any permission-related issues that might be preventing the installation prompt from appearing.
