I have removed all of the mappings for a data stream and there are no activation targets or calculated insights associated to the data stream. When I try to delete the stream, I get a generic message: "Data stream cannot be deleted." I haven't been found anything in documentation and I'm not sure how to find or enable debugging logs for Data Cloud.
Just got this response from Support:
The Product and Engineering teams determined this issue is related to a known bug. The bug is caused by the deletion of the folder used for the data stream. When attempting to delete the folder the system will sometimes timeout which causes the error we are seeing.
The team is working on a fix for this bug but they informed us that the timing out isn't consistent and depends on other resources being used. They suggested trying to delete the streams a few times throughout the day and seeing if it deletes.
