I was amazed to see that Salesforce has career path into UX design. As I start digging more about Salesforce Designer role, it branches out into UX designer and Strategy designer. Sounds perfect. However, these profiles are few and job openings are almost zero on LinkedIn. I don’t see any sort of attention on Salesforce designer career as other careers in Salesforce. I could be wrong. Enlighten me please!

Hi @Tenzin Dhondup. True, the role may not be as highlighted as some of the other roles in Salesforce's ecosystem, like architects, consultants, developers, or administrators, but it's no less important. I've seen the profound impact of skilled UX designers on our projects, especially with AppExchange MVP development. Designers not only ensure the product's usability but also contribute to its overall success by helping to create a seamless, intuitive user journey.

In my previous role, our designers/strategists have often been involved in much more than just UX design. They've led/participated in ideation workshops, created user personas, mapped out user journeys, and collaborated closely with development teams to bring the vision to life. They were critical in making sure that what we develop aligns with user needs and expectations.

Again, I agree that there might not be that many Salesforce UX designer job postings. That doesn't diminish the importance of the role. If this is your passion, keep exploring and learning. Best of luck with your Salesforce journey!
