Error at the end of Write Business Logic in Apex

Im getting the following error at the end of this lesson after completing all the instructyions:

The annonymous Apex function has no parameters passed to it 

System.debug(HouseService.getRecords());

How can i pass the parameter in the SOQL that name = 'Stunning Victorian'

Its weird that im getting this error but nowhere in the instructions is it asking for the apex function to return a single record

Any help would be appreciated :)
