Debug the flow results in 0 Recipients error

I am trying to complete the Update the Record and Debug the Flow, the last unit in Build a Donor Email Flow for NPSP training module. When it gets to the last step, Send Email, it returns an error: "Error Occurred: 0 recipients"

 

This is preventing me from completing the final unit in the module, Deploy and Use Your Flow.
