Hi, I have used triggers for sending email to the contact when ever a investment is created the mail type is letterhead. I want to show the mail opened status whenever a new mail is created or sent. May I know how to approach this step.

whenever I sent a mail by selecting the template manually from the email its showing the status but with trigger sent mail its not showing.

here unopened is showing because of mail sent by manually. But below is was sent by trigger its not showing the status .

can anyone let me know how to achieve it.
