which is the recommended solution for VoIP integration(Outbound softphone calls) for calling to the customer?
currently we are using custom app where we need to place the call from Order detail 360 page (custom LWC screen)
I am exploring LightningDialer but its not supported in North Africa countries.
Looking into other vendor like RingCentral;Genesys;phoneiq;Ring.io;twilio Flex ;fastcall;Koncert;PhoneBurner;Ring DNA/revenue.io .
Let me know if you have any recommendations OR known issues /limitations ?
