I have a user that is trying to send a list email from a contact list view. They have sent emails from list views before and have the permission in the profile. Today they are getting this error when clicking the send email button "You do not have permission to execute the operation"
I have searched on the internet and none of the posts I have found have provided a suitable solution.
The Salesforce help documentation says there is a limit of 200 recipients but I think this is out of date. User has advised me they have sent to several hundred at a time in the past.
Can anybody help with cause of issue and solution?

Guessing they just dont have access to one of the contact records within the group they are trying to send to. But you can also check your sharing settings for the object as well to be safe
