Hi Trailblazers,
We use Einstein search: sometimes when users search for an account number it will show the account. When you hover on the search result it shows all the related quick links. On other occassions when searching for an account number the user see this (see screenshot) and they have to click show more results to see all the info associated with the account.
Does anybody know the reason for the inconsistency?
Is there a setting I can change so the user always see the same view? (so you see all the results when you hover)

@Kevin Partington this happened sometimes with me too. My suggestion is clean up the browser data. Worked for me.
