I have set up amazon connect for salesforce voice in an org by "A" user. then, I created another user as "B" with a system administrator profile in salesforce. Assign Call Center Admin & Service Cloud Voice Permission set to that user. Then, I added user "B" in the Amazon contact center user as admin. Now, the issue is while I am login as "B". and try to access Telephony Provider Settings it gives me the error of Insufficient Privileges with the message "You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors."
Can anyone let me know what steps should I follow to give access of Telephony Provider Settings to user "B"?
I am not able to find the connected app name in the permission set which is auto-created while setup amazon connect.
When we say "I added user "B" in the Amazon contact center user as admin", I assume you're doing this in Salesforce.
The permission sets Admin/Agent/ContactCentreManager in Salesforce does not equate to Amazon Connect permission. In fact, these are not synced.
In AC, they are called Security Profile permissions, so you need to login to AC using User A and then check User B is in a Security Profile that is either Admin or Contact Centre Manager that have those permission
