After running the Health Check in Setup, it appears "Number of Objects with Default External Access Set to Public" is a “high-risk security setting” that can easily be fixed by reducing the number of objects whose default external access set to public to 0. I'm down to 7 now, but changing those remaining objects' external access requires changing our internal access. The remaining objects are Contact Request, Flow Test Result, List Email, Location, Location Trust Measure, Social Post and Streaming Channel. Will changing the Default External Access settings to private on these objects impact Experience Cloud?

As Daneil mentioned - This should share with external users when only needed, you can not expose everything to external users by default
