I'm testing the Salesforce mobile app for different profiles. I had no issue entering using my admin user, however, I'm getting the "We are sorry. Try to log in again" when trying to access with a different user.

Hi @Lhotse Springer - if the suggestions above didn't resolve, then the Users maybe didn't have 'API Enabled' checkmarked in either Profile or a Permission Set. (Enable API access for Salesforce for Android and iOS)
If that still doesn't resolve it, there's some advice on Login problems in Salesforce for Android and iOS. Even if the Article doesn't list the exact error message that you saw, it's a good list of settings to double check.
