It looks like the Campaign History related list brings in all of the campaigns that an account was related to when that relation was established via the button on the Campaign History related list. It looks like the Campaigns Related List rarely gets populated and only seemed to get populated on occasion when the account was added through a Campaign Member related list found on the Campaign record. Can someone tell me what is the criteria for records to be displayed in each of those two related lists as I cannot seem to find this information when searching for it? Thanks much to anyone who can help me on this.
