I really need help, I am confused. Everything I login and try to complete a challenge it tells me I have to login again and I am already logged in. I don't understand what to do I am going around in circles wasting time. I

It said I should go to the bottom of the page and  press launch.  But  I  went to the bottom of this page and I saw no launch button.  I  don't know what to do.  I can't move on without having access to the site
