Hi, we are implementing the Slack swarming Beta Feature. there is several users that receives an error message on the final screen in start swarming. the slack swarming channel is successfully created on slack. Also from slack swarming channel, the users that have error message in final step on start swarming also have an error when clicking the button view case. is there any missing permission related to this? since this only happens to several users. thanks willy

hi, the issue is resolved. the root cause is because we not add service cloud slack app into the slack channel. thanks
