Hi Tom,

First of all, congrats on your new opportunity and thanks for continuing to provide support here.

I have a question on scheduling  content asset pages deployment in advance :

1) How can we schedule in advance deployment of a new version of a content asset in production ? (ex: Deploy a new version of the homepage on xxxxxxxxx datetime on production site).

2) Issue we are facing is we are using Page Designer to build our pages. Page Designer does not provide versioning of the pages. It has a scheduler (Display From, Display To)but as soon as we put a future date, the current version of the page disappears from the website. We need to be able to keep current version, and schedule deployment of a modified version of the pages in the future. Note that we are using several PD components on our pages.

How can we achieve this in SFBM and how are usually content asset deployment handled ?

Thanks !!

Have you tried using audience targeting? I'm wondering if maybe you need to keep both "versions" active but distinguish them by customer group.

For example: current version targeted to customer group everyone, and active from past to just before the new page time. Then for the future version, target it to a different group - a custom defined dynamic group that uses the rule 'is member of registered users OR is member of unregistered users". Set a future date for that one.

In theory the server should (might) see that as two separate, non-exclusive, pages to pick from based on customer group.
