Hi there folks! I'm having an inconvenience when following the instructions to create the Sia Thripio user. I followed instructions in step 2 (special attention to point 9 highlighted in first image) and Salesforce sends me an email with the new user but does NOT give me a password for my new user to login (second image). I tried following the wizard to recover the password but says it's not possible since a password has been created in the last 24 hrs. What am I missing? is this normal? Any help is greatly appreciated. #TrailheadAcademy
Hi there @Barbara Dalaridis, thank you so much for chiming in. I'm just now seeing your comment and I'd definitely like to go back and take a look at your approach since what I ended up doing to sort it out didn't leave me entirely satisfied.
What I ended up doing was 1)using a new org, 2)deleting my browser cache 3)using other email different from my own. I'm not truly sure what made the trick but when all this was done the wording of the email was even different. Crazy thing lol, the wonders of learning.
