I'm trying to complete the Use picklists in Formula challenge but when I try to add the Priority formula feed it's coming up with the error: Field Is_Executive__c does not exist. Check spelling. I've tried new playgrounds but it's still the same error. How do I fix?

Curiously, there was no instruction to create this custom field.
Why not create a checkbox field on top of the contact object?
