I have some images I use as "red light / green light" indicators on contact and case pages. These images are stored in Lightning as Files. I have three files (red, yellow and green) that are stored in the "Asset Library" folder. However, only one of them is tagged as an "Asset File" (tag displays to the right of the name). I don't know how that one got tagged or how to make the other ones similarly tagged. The upshot is that only the red one is visible to users while the others show up as broken links. Nor can I assign access to the these files through "sharing". I am stumped on how to make these other two available to users to view. As a workaround, I manually gave them everyone "Library Administrator" access to the whole Asset Library folder, but that's too much access. I just want the other two files to have the same shared access as the red one.
