issue in downloading Playground Starter App

I am following this guide to installed Playground Starter App in my org.

In the section of Install an AppExchange App, step 3 says that in your personal Settings > "Salesforce Accounts Section, click Connect". But in my view, Settings section does not have 'Salesforce Accounts'. Does anyone give me some advice?  Attached screenshots.
