Hi folks, I got just introduced to health cloud. Has anybody installed Salesforce Shield into their platform? Is there anything to install or it is a combination of Salesforce features that makes it to the shield? I am really suffering with information overload. It is certain that we need to have Salesforce Shield. It is a requirement. Do you download it, ask for licenses or what? Any help is really appreciated. - Mit
Below is a great documentation I have referenced in the past with my work in Shield Platform Encryption. If you are new to Shield, it is worth spending time on it.
Do not skip the section 'Shield Platform Encryption Best Practices'. In fact, I would suggest to read that first - will help you outline a plan for your Shield enablement.
Shield is separately licensed, and to see if you have that feature enabled, search for 'Platform Encryption' in setup.
