Hey Guys,
I have one scenario for MFA:
1. I setup MFA with Google Authenticator in one of my old phone.
2. I forgot my password and when I am trying to reset my password
3. System asking my username, security question after that it's asking for code from authenticator app which was installed in my old phone.
How to solve this? Assume I am the only admin.
Now how I can login back to system?

The only way is from another user with setup access to "disconnect" the "App registration : Salesforce authenticator"
If no one can access, you should contact the Salesforce support
