What's the purpose of the Special Purpose Organization-Wide Email Addresses? Logically I'd say they are used for Case Auto-Response and no-reply email addresses - however, I can't use them as Case Auto-Response From Address and also not within an Email Alert of a WF rule.
Does anyone have an idea?

Hey Ines, thanks for checking in. I was on leave until just recently. Yes all sorted here - I found some information about the Special purpose Org wide email address, it's actually just a System Address for Case Email notifications to users. I was under the impression that it could be used for auto-replies or similar towards the customers but it's not :)
