Hello Trailblazers,
I am quite new to flows and troubleshooting issues. When I click on the failed interview flow builder link to debug I can see what has caused the error. However, I can't see the specific record where the error has occurred. I would like to know so I can give feedback to a user that has unknowingly caused an error. Can I find this in the debug log? So I can say to user this action caused an error on opportunity ref xxxxx

If that's the case then you are creating the opportunity in the flow itself or you don't have permission to view it so review your flow and if you are creating then check what are the values that are passed while creating opportunity.
