Rather than assign a specific appointment to a user, I'd like to accept the appointment and ideally, a few minutes before the meeting, assign the meeting to a resource based on Skills. Sort of like how Chat works in Omnichannel. How might I go about building this? Thank you!

Hi @Andrew Lamb The scheduler does have Skills functionality i.e you can create skills, assign skills to appointment attendees and lets you choose the best resource who has all the required skills.
