Where do I find the field called Number of Rerouting Attempts? This is referenced in Knowledge article 000334363 How Chat Rerouting works when multiple available agents are online (salesforce.com) but I can't find the field to enable to the rerouting. Can anyone provide screenshots to point me in the right direction?

It might be worth logging a support ticket with them. If you do, if you could kindly share their feedback as I'd be curious to learn what happened to this setting.
