Asset sharing via Account Relationship Data Sharing Rules?

I am not seeing Asset as an object type when trying to create an Account Relationship Data Sharing rule. Is this unsupported? Are there a list of supported types documented somewhere? Appreciate any insights!

 

I made sure Asset sharing is enabled and External/Internal OWD is not CBP but no dice.

    Hi Bartee,

     

    Account relationship data sharing rules can apply to; accounts, campaigns, cases, contacts, custom objects, leads, opportunities, orders, partner fund allocations, partner fund claims, partner fund requests, and partner marketing budgets.

     

    Currently we are limited to include Assets. Sharing applied is based on the parent (direct) account.
