I am unable to pass this challenge although it seems like a simple one. I keep having the same error message "Can't find a new Product Support case for Pyramid Construction." i tried my level best, i also redone the procedure still the error exists. How did you fix it ?

I made the same mistake and found the error message as i forgot to add the correct type picklist value and
corrected the type pick list and the issue got resolved .
