Report Hours on the Personal Site is saying There are no Jobs available for you to report hours against even though they are signed up for the job.

In both our Sandbox and in Production, if someone goes to their Personal Website, http://full-mda.cs24.force.com/volunteer/PersonalSiteContactInfoMDA?contactId=0031900000cWAqQ&email=v_1jesm@hotmail.com, and clicks on Report Hours, it gives the message: There are no Jobs available for you to report hours against. I've setup our Sandbox with the updated security settings and sharing rules (we already had one in place for Contacts for the Volunteers Site Guest User) for Campaigns but it hasn't changed it. We did notice that Volunteers for Salesforce has recently made an update to the Visual Force page in the Sandbox but we aren't sure is this is related or not as we aren't sure when it stopped working. Any ideas on how to fix this or where we should start? They do show if the link to report hours does not contain specific information about the Volunteer and it's just the default page, all jobs show up. http://full-mda.cs24.force.com/volunteer/GW_Volunteers__PersonalSiteReportHours?Language=en-us

    anyone remember the solution for this - we are seeing a similar problem in the past 2 weeks - some volunteers can't see the job to report using their personal web page
