I am having a problem where the email to get to the volunteer personal site gets directed to an Under Construction page. I am using myself as a test contact. I have enabled public access settings and tried just about everything to fix this, but I just can't figure out what is wrong. I have noticed this has been an issue for other V4S users, but I could not find a resolution to the problem. Any help would be appreciated!
Sites (Force.com Sites) are a mechanism that Salesforce uses to allow you to publish and capture information on webpages - it's just a connector with Salesforce.
Whereas
Sites.comwas a Salesforce Content Management System, that allowed you to build complete webpages of content linked back to Salesforce records.
I'm sorry not to be able to help with your "WebToConnect" issue, but it should only be necessary to remove it if you've reached the limit of new Sites you can create (25 for Enterprise edition, I believe).
The "Access Denied" message is most likely caused by a permissions issue. V4S permissions can be a bit tricky to get right, so make sure you've read the instructions in the Config guide carefully.
