Are any of you developing leads for a larger non-profit that may be routed to different teams in the org?

@Mark Stark​  Thank you so much for your reply. I have a couple followup questions if you do not mind? When a lead is created, how do you decide who works on it? How do you rank your leads? Do you have a "cultivation process" that you follow when you receive a lead? Do you have anything automated in the lead process?
