How to limitate access to Medical Files

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a project and we use files to join Medical documents (radiology, medical reports,...) and non medical documents (billing, quotes,...).

We need to differenciate "Medical Files" and "Normal Files" in term of rights & access : Medical files should be limited to medical staff (users with a specific permission sets) and other files should be available to everyone.

It seems that Health Cloud doesn't provide any out-of-the-box feature for that, did you have to handle this ? If yes, how did you do that ?
