Salesforce FINS Cabin Launch If you missed the Salesforce Financial Services

Salesforce FINS Cabin Launch

If you missed the Salesforce Financial Services "Fins Cabin" launch session featuring our new reimagined customer event you can check out the session recording or try out the free hands-on workshop below.

The topic of the first event was "Real-Time Eventing Architectures for Financial Services"  and the recordings and notes are posted below. Give it a listen and learn a bit from our Technical Architect Team and hear how John Hancock and other companies are using it to transform their companies.   This was a new interactive event where our customers could come to the front of the room, ask their questions and share their experiences creating Event-Driven Applications in Salesforce that drove significant impacts to business performance and technical agility.

  • In this hands-on tutorial, you use the Salesforce Platform technologies such as Lightning Flow, Platform Events & MuleSoft to build an end-to-end architecture that enables applications (e.g. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and a custom application on Heroku) to communicate via events in a loosely coupled design.

  • This self-guided workshop explores patterns for connecting Salesforce with RabbitMQ and with Apache Kafka using an event-driven Microservices framework. You are guided to leverage free trial accounts in this workshop.
