I've a problem with CPU limit on Processbuilder when I do bulk action on 200 records (Insert, Update).

And I think Processbuilder isn't running in bulk mode (Correct me if i'm wrong).

So i'm planning to move to Flow. My question is Does Flow running in bulk mode?

I'm very happy to get answer and ideas from you guys
