When using Detail Page Button to launch screen flow it always opens in full screen?

Question

I've created on visual flow and trying to pass variables from flow URL. For this I'm using a Detail Page Button with Content Source = URL and Behavior = Display in new window. But when I click on this button it always opens visual flow in full screen, although I set height and width explicitly under Window Open Properties. Also it's UI shows like typical classsic VF page instead lightning flow UI. Although UI works perfectly fine when flow is launched with Action button but in that case I'm not able to pass multiple input variables through URL.
