have user enter a parameter for the report before it runs

I have a report where I would like to have the user enter some parameters beofre it runs.

Example: [Date Range], [Channel], [Agnet Name]

This is a report the managers of a contact center use to evaluate agents during a given time frame based on the [Channel] thae case came in on.

Create a summery report by grouping channel and agent name. That way, you can see all the agent and all teh channels.

This is pretty much standard. Simply they have to change the date as needed.
