1. You can use the BCC to Salesforce email address. Click on your profile picture --> Settings --> Email --> My Email to Salesforce. Here you will find the email address to include in the BCC in your regular inbox. Make sure to add your email address under "Acceptable Email Addresses". You can also choose what happens with emails that you send to Salesforce.

2. If your Salesforce Admin has enabled Outlook or Gmail integrations with Salesforce, then you can add the extension to sync emails to Salesforce. This feature gives you a few more options than the Email to Salesforce functionality.

3. Lastly, there are third-party apps on the AppExchange that will also sync your emails to Salesforce, although these often are paid apps.
