My Workflow Rule is triggering upon ANY change of a specific pick list value.

My Workflow Rule is triggering upon ANY change of a specific pick list value. I need it to trigger only when the field (Type) is changed TO a specific value (Authorized Distributor). There are several options in the pick list values. I have the Evaluation Criteria set to "Evaluate the rule when a record is created, and every time it's edited". Can someone help to correct my Rule Criteria? Thank you! :-)

TEXT(PRIORVALUE(Type)) = "System Integrator",

 

TEXT(PRIORVALUE(Type)) = "Competitor",
